Terms

The plain terms of using CropWindow. Short, because the important part fits in one line: it's weather guidance, and you make the final call.

Guidance, not gospel

CropWindow is a decision aid. Forecasts are probabilistic — they shift, and conditions in the paddock can differ from any forecast, ours included. CropWindow tells you what the weather looks like against your thresholds and how confident it is. You make the final call, standing in the paddock, every time.

The jobs where that matters most

  • Chemical application. The label is the law, and it always overrides the app. If CropWindow shows green and the label says no, the label wins. Check conditions at the boom before you open a valve.
  • Fire. Permits, fire restrictions and Total Fire Ban rules override anything CropWindow shows. Its fire-ban feed can be delayed or unavailable — confirm directly with your fire authority before you strike a match.
  • Machinery and safety. No app can see the wet gully, the tired operator or the frayed hydraulic hose. Those calls are yours.

Early access

CropWindow is in early access. Things will occasionally break; we fix them fast, but don't plan a critical job around the app being flawless. Pricing shown on this site is planned, not charged — early access is free, and nothing gets billed without you agreeing to it first.

Warranty and liability

CropWindow is provided without a warranty that it fits your particular purpose, and our liability is limited to the extent Australian Consumer Law allows. Where the law says consumer guarantees apply, they apply — nothing here tries to take away rights the law gives you.

Our content
